Delivery Timetable

In a bid to be greener and minimise our carbon footprint we now deliver across Devon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in our Scribble fleet with Mark and Jake at the wheel. Don’t worry if you need your order before we’re next due your way, just give us a call and we’ll get it delivered to you next day (Although you might miss the patented Scribble smile!)

Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery is free of charge for all orders for our contract customers, in our bid to be more efficient for our smaller customers for orders under £50 there may be a small order charge of £10.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us – if for any reason you wish to return an item, for example if it is faulty or if it has been damaged in transit, or you have purchased the wrong item – please contact one of the team to arrange a return. Once the returned item has been received and logged on our system a credit or replacement will be issued. All products carry a ‘no questions asked’ 30-day money back guarantee. All products that are returned must be in their original packaging.

Faulty or Defective Goods

If a product develops a defect within its warrantee period we will pay for the postage for the item to be returned to us. A replacement will then be issued or a refund made.
